The law includes an article by D. Francisco Javier Lluch Corell, Judge of the High Court of Valencia, in explaining what the decisions of the Courts of the Social, which may be appealed in supplication are. The text suggests a reference to Article 197.8 of the Bankruptcy Act in this regard states: “Against the judgment ruling bankruptcy incidents of social actions whose knowledge appropriate to the bankruptcy judge, will fit then appealed, and other resources under Labour Procedure Act -edl 1995 / 13689-, none of them have suspensive effect on the bankruptcy proceedings or any of its parts “.
